Does ending a relationship mean that it is over for good? Not always although it may seem that way. Sometimes relationships break up to make up. This notion goes along with you don't realize what you have until it is gone. This article will discuss what to do when a relationship ends if you hope to get back together.

How you handle the breakup and what you do after the relationship ends will be very important in whether or not you can get back together with this person. If you've had a history with this person then there were likely deep feelings for each other. Something happened that caused your bond to break. Fixing that will depend on what you do after it's over.

Be compassionate especially if you are the one doing the break up. Be respectful of the other person's feelings.
Don't make a big scene and don't dredge up all the problems. It's best to do this in a public place where the person being dumped may not want to cause a big scene. Do it quickly and leave.

Communication - Leave the lines of communication open after the break up. Be there when he or she needs you, to a point. Remember, you both need space and distance so don't drop everything all the time for your ex.

Avoid playing games. No need to flaunt any new relationships in front of your ex. If it happens accidentally that's one thing but don't make it a point to show off your new partner.

Relationships break up to make up - after a period of time if you want to get back together with your ex or they have expressed interest then here's what you can do:

1. Tell them that you are interested.
2. Make yourself more interesting.
3. Change your look - maybe a new hairstyle, new clothes, get in shape, etc.
4. Meet your ex for lunch or coffee - not a full out date.
5. Don't talk about the past problems that you two had.
6. Do talk about the positive memories that you have and any changes that you have in your life.

During this meeting if you feel that your ex may want to get back together then you need to do it slowly. Start as if you were just beginning to date for the first time. Romance, holding hands, small gifts can all go along way in rekindling a torn relationship. Avoid jumping into bed right away.

Remember that there still may be hurt feelings from the break up. Your ex may not be fully recovered from this and you both need to be respectful of the other person's feelings. If you get back together these things are bound to come up again.

How to live a healthy life

Many people have a very hard time making it through life without having problems at times. The best way to make it through life without major problems is to live a healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle makes everything much easier to deal with, because you are in a good frame of mind, and you feel well physically. A healthy lifestyle is not just about eating a healthy diet, or exercising regularly. I think the most important thing in living a healthy lifestyle is everything in moderation. You need to eat healthy, exercise, and find a healthy balance between work and play.

Eating healthy is very important to living a healthy lifestyle, because your diet is what fuels your life. If you are constantly eating junk food and drinking alcohol, then you are causing physical damage to your body. This damage will cause you to have a lack of energy and you will not be able to do the things that you want to do.

Exercise is also very important to live a healthy lifestyle, because if you are out of shape you will not feel well or be able to do the things that you want to do. When you exercise you release different chemicals into your bloodstream that make you feel better. Exercising can be a big help getting you through a tough day, because it can give you a good head start to the day, or a pick me up after a bad day.

I think the most important way to live a healthy lifestyle is to find and maintain a balance between work and play. If you work too much then your stress level will be very high, and your health and happiness will decline very quickly. However if you play too much, your stress will also be very high, because you are going to have to worry about how you are going to pay your bills. If you strike a balance between the two then you can make enough money to pay your bills, but still have enough fun that you are able to relieve your stress. How to be happy despite all odds

Anyone would agree how it is wonderful to be happy every day. How can we increase our daily happiness? Moreover, what can we do to be happy? Where can we find this magic pill and how much does it cost? The good news it cost absolutely nothing and we do not need to walk far away to find it, because this magic is within us.

Many people might think it is not possible be happy all the time, but I would say from my personal experience that it is possible if you really look for it and work for it. One way or another we all need to carry on our lives, but people who are happy have more chances to succeed in their lives.

Some time ago, I had been a most unhappy person, to the extent that whatever good came into my life I would not appreciate fully. The constant battle in my head was why it does happen to me and not anyone else and why things did not work out the way, I had planned. Why I could not wake up and be a happy person was driving me mad. I came to the point in my life were I really decided to find out how I can be truly happy. In addition, I was so determined to make everything possible to increase my happiness.

Here are three simple steps that I do on a regular basis and it can help you too.
Step one: Every morning I would wake up and say to myself I am going to have a great and happy day today. Yes, at the beginning, it was difficult to get into the new positive way of thinking and the old negative patterns of thinking were pushing to the surface. When this happened, I had to force myself to ignore the negative thoughts. Time passed and I begin to notice that my morning is happier than it used to be.

Step two: Stop complaining. I used to blame everyone and everything for my unhappiness. But I found that I was the one hurting when I did not take responsibility for my own thoughts. How did I stop? I put a rubber band around my wrist and every time I would start to complain, I would snap the it against my wrist to let myself know that the old negative way of thinking was keeping me from being happy. When you take this action, you will soon notice that you begin to feel happier without complaints and everyone around you will feel better too.

Step three: Start to be grateful and appreciate what you have in your life today, right this moment. What you appreciate in life returns good feelings. Happiness is not what makes us grateful it is gratefulness which makes us happy. Most things in our life we take for granted. We do not appreciate when sun is shining, birds singing and the air that we breathe and many other things in our life. The lack of appreciation will only return a lack of happiness. But when you make a choice to appreciate more in your life you will soon begin to experience more happiness.

You can make a decision to change your unhappiness today and by following these three simple steps, you can have all the happiness in the world. Remember things do not change by themselves they change when you make a choice to change them.
